The laboratory operating under İrem Gıda is one of the most advanced and well-equipped testing facilities in the region. All inspections begin the moment raw materials arrive at our facility. Samples are taken from multiple points of the delivery vehicle to ensure they accurately represent the entire load.
In the initial phase, physical analyses are conducted on the samples (including color, smell, appearance, clarity, presence of foreign matter, sediment, etc.). These are followed by detailed chemical analyses. If the results comply with our internal quality standards, the raw materials are approved for use; otherwise, they are rejected.
Our quality control process extends beyond raw materials. During every stage of production, both physical and chemical checks are rigorously carried out. Until the final product leaves the factory, it undergoes comprehensive laboratory testing to ensure it meets our high standards.
