Ingredients
- 3 cups of İrem Gıda homemade pasta
- 3-4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Hot water
- Salt
Preparation
Heat the butter and vegetable oil together. Add the pasta from the İrem Gıda package and sauté until it changes color. Add salt and enough hot water to cover the pasta by about 1.5 fingers, then cover the pot and cook on medium heat until the water is absorbed. Once cooked, let it rest until the pasta is separated, and then serve. Note: Optionally, you can sprinkle crushed walnuts or grated cheese on top when serving.
