Ingredients
  • 2 ready-made Lavalia lavash breads
  • White cheese or cream cheese
  • A few sprigs of arugula
  • Pickled gherkins
  • Carrot
  • Hot pepper paste
  • Green olives (pitted)
  • And anything else you'd like to add
Preparation

Warm the lavash breads in a pan.

Spread cheese on one of them and use a knife to mash and evenly spread it across the lavash.

Place the other lavash on top to make them stick together.

Spread the hot pepper paste over the top lavash.

Arrange the arugula leaves, thinly sliced carrots, gherkins, green olives, and any other ingredients you prefer.

Roll the lavash into a wrap and slice it evenly with a sharp knife.
