Ingredients
- 2 pieces of lavash
- 1 bowl of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- Oregano
- Olives
- 4–5 mushrooms (optional)
- Sujuk (Turkish sausage)
- Hot dogs
- Grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Sprinkle half of the grated cheddar cheese on one of the lavash pieces.
Place the second lavash on top and spread the tomato sauce over it.
Arrange the thinly sliced sujuk, then sprinkle the remaining grated cheddar cheese on top and bake at 190°C (375°F) until the cheese melts and browns.
