Preparation
Chop the parsley and mix it with the cheese to prepare the filling.
Spread a spoonful of the cheese filling at the bottom of each triangle-shaped phyllo dough.
Fold the edges of the phyllo dough inward and roll it up.
If you lightly moisten the end with water, the börek will not open while frying.
Fry the prepared böreks in hot oil until golden brown.
If you wish, you can prepare the böreks in advance and store them in a freezer bag in the deep freezer. When you want to eat them, you can fry as many as you need.
