Ingredients
  • 1 package of İrem Gıda manti (Turkish dumplings)
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Black pepper
  • Half a teacup of olive oil
  • Yogurt
For the Sauce
  • Garlic yogurt
  • Mint
  • Pomegranate molasses
  • Red pepper flakes
Preparation

To cook the manti, bring a pot of water to a boil, then add salt and the İrem Gıda manti. To prevent sticking, add one tablespoon of olive oil. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, heat the oil, add the tomato paste, and the spices to prepare the sauce. Once the manti is cooked, drain it and place it on a serving plate, spreading yogurt on top. Pour the prepared sauce over it and serve hot.
