Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons of İREM Tarhana Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of mint salt
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
Preparation

Put 1 tablespoon of butter into a pot and melt it.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the pot and sauté it in the butter.

Add 5 cups of water.

In another bowl, mix the tarhana powder with 1 cup of water.

Add this mixture to the boiling pot and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon of mint and 1 teaspoon of red pepper, then serve.
