Ingredients
  • 5-6 sheets of Lavalia İrem plain medium-sized lavash
  • 1/2 tea glass of vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Ground red pepper
  • Oregano
  • Cumin
Preparation

Cut the lavash first into strips and then into triangles. Toss them in a bowl to prevent sticking.

In a separate bowl, mix the oil with the spices.

Add the lavash pieces to the seasoned oil mixture and gently stir to coat, without crushing them.

If the mixture seems too oily, you can add more lavash pieces.

Spread the coated lavash pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 250°C (480°F), stirring occasionally until they are crispy and golden.
