- 1 bowl of çiftlik noodle
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons of boiled fresh peas
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- A handful of dill
- A handful of parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
Place hot water in a deep pot. Sprinkle some salt and add a little olive oil. Take the İrem Gıda Çiftlik pasta out of its packaging and add it to the pot. Boil until soft. Drain the boiled pasta and set aside while you prepare the vegetables.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the main vegetables, zucchini and bell pepper, thoroughly. Without peeling the zucchini, remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut them into julienne strips. Heat a little olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the bell peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes. Next, add the zucchini and sauté for another 5 minutes. When the vegetables are sautéed, add the fresh peas, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Transfer the drained pasta to a deep mixing bowl. Add the sautéed vegetables and mix well. Serve the vegetable pasta on a plate. Optionally, you can sprinkle grated white cheese on top and serve it hot or cold, as preferred.
