Ingredients
  • 1 pack of İrem Gıda Kemalpaşa dessert
  • 1 kg of sugar
  • 6 cups of water
  • Juice of a quarter lemon
Preparation

In a large pot (about 5 kg capacity), add sugar, water, and lemon juice and bring to a boil.

After boiling for 6–7 minutes, remove the Kemalpaşa desserts from the İrem Gıda packaging and add them to the syrup.

Cook on medium heat with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.

Then remove the lid and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. During this time, check occasionally to ensure the Kemalpaşa pieces don’t fall apart.

It’s important **not** to stir the dessert with a spoon, as this may cause them to break apart.

Once the syrup has thickened and the desserts look glossy and plump, turn off the heat.

Carefully take each plumped dessert out with a spoon and place them in a glass baking dish or similar container.

Pour the remaining syrup over them and let them cool at room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for one day.

After a day, garnish as desired and serve.
