Ingredients
- 350 grams of medium-fat ground beef
- 4 Lavalia lavash breads
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 roasted red pepper
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper
- Crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and chop them very finely. Finely chop the parsley and roasted red pepper.
Grate the onions, rub them with salt, and squeeze out the bitter juice.
Place the ground beef, onions, tomatoes, parsley, and red pepper in a glass bowl. Add the spices and mix thoroughly with about 1/2 tea glass of water.
Place the tortillas or lavash breads on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Gently spread the filling evenly over each one using your hands.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, preheat the oven grill, place the tray on the lower rack, and cook for 5–10 minutes.
Serve hot with plenty of parsley, mint, tomatoes, pickled peppers, and lemon on the side.
