Ingredients
  • 500 grams of meat (cut into pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • Half a tea glass of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • Lavash for wrapping
  • 5-6 pickled gherkins
For the Sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 dessert spoon of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tea glass of water
Preparation

Mix the tomato paste, oil, and yogurt. Add the meat pieces and mix with the marinade. Let the meat rest in the sauce for 1 hour.

Place the marinated meat in a freezer bag and stack them. Freeze until slightly firm.

Remove from the freezer and slice the meat thinly. Cook in a preheated cast iron or non-stick pan, flipping both sides.

For the sauce, heat the oil in a pan. Add the tomato paste and sauté. Add grated tomatoes and continue sautéing.

Add black pepper and red pepper powder, stir. Add water and cook for 3–4 minutes. Lay a lavash flat on a surface.

Spread some sauce over it, then add sliced pickled gherkins.

Add the meat and wrap into a roll.
